If you've forgotten your Username, OR if you have not accessed your account in the last 12 months, follow the steps below to re-establish your Online Account Manager Account. The Username and Password you select below will automatically replace those that exist for you in our system. Remember to make note of these 2 pieces of information, as you'll need them each time you access your account online. To register, simply follow the steps below:
Step 1:	Enter your MCI account number to verify your identity and maintain your account security.

	*Note: Your MCI Calling Card PIN is the last 4 digits of your MCI Card number.
Step 3:	Select your username and password.
Choose a username and password combination that is easy to remember; you'll use these each time you access your account online. Your username and password are case-sensitive, must be between 6 and 20 characters, and must not contain special characters. The password must also contain a combination of letters and numbers.
