Create an Account

MCI's Online Account Manager is available at no cost to MCI customers. You must be at least 18 years old to register. Registering for Online Account Manager will not change your current MCI services.

To register, simply follow the steps below:

Step 1:

Enter the phone number associated with your MCI account.

Enter your MCI account number and Temporary PIN to verify your identity and maintain your account security.

Step 3:

Select your username and password.

Your username and password are case-sensitive, must be between 8 and 16 characters, and consist of at least 3 of the following: upper case letters, lower case letters, numeric or the following special characters (.,:\()/;^-*_~#).

Step 4:

Enter your e-mail address.

An e-mail address is required to enable MCI to confirm your registration and any updates you make to your account.
