A: It is important to enter your frequent flyer number or other member number so that you will earn all applicable member benefits related to your MCI services.

Q: Why do you need my e-mail address?
A: No matter what your plan, e-mail is the best way for us to inform you of news and information about your current MCI service and additional product offerings from MCI and its affiliates. For MCI One Net Savings customers, it’s how we’ll always contact you. For online billing customers, it’s how we let you know when your statement is available for viewing online. So please keep your e-mail address updated.

Q: What is online billing?
A: Online billing is MCI’s most convenient way to pay your monthly charges. You will receive a monthly e-mail notice when your statement is available to view via Online Account Manager. In addition, your charges are conveniently billed to your credit card each month. It’s that easy!

Q: Is my credit card information secure?
A: MCI employs the latest security technology to help protect the confidentiality of your data. You can confidently enter your entire credit card number with the knowledge that it has been protected against being read in transit. When enrolling for online billing, you need only provide your credit card number once. We store your information in our secure internal database.

Q: Can I enter Online Account Manager immediately following the online sign-up process?
A: You will be able to view your MCI account in Online Account Manager within 24 hours of signing up online.
